Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall great. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I had ample room for my bags. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the excellent room service. The location was superb, close to the Haram and with convenient access to the food court. The dining experience was enjoyable, but slightly expensive. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay.
Our stay at this amazing hotel was truly unforgettable, from the astonishing friendly services to the splendid rooms. However, there were some minor service issues that could be improved, but the overall experience was lavish and memorable.
The hotel is located conveniently close to Haram, making it easy to access the Mosque. The rooms were a bit congested as mine was converted into a quad setup, yet the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The service had an overall very friendly and helpful approach, particularly Ms. Zahraa and the Pakistani staff. However, some instances were not handled professionally.
The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the Haram and King Abdul Aziz Gate, offering easy access to the souq, restaurants, and shopping centers while being fancy but at a high price of 500 dollars a day. The rooms were small for three people with three beds, and the construction works made the room feel even smaller; however, there were no towels or slippers provided.
The hotel rooms are small and crowded, requiring frequent cleaning, and are close to Haram. I appreciated the effort from the cleaning staff, Sakip, and Abdullah, who always took care of my room. However, the actual room didn't match the spaciousness shown in the pictures, giving a cramped feel.
The hotel offers a direct Kaaba view from few rooms but noise from connecting doors can be bothersome. The service is outstanding though only reactive to complaints. Location is convenient with access to Al Haram and various amenities. Dining options vary from wonderful to disappointing.
The hotel has a convenient location within walking distance. The rooms are spacious enough for 2/3 people but lack noise-proofs, causing some disturbance. The service was generally good with polite staff, though the elevator incident was off-putting. The dining options were average with limited choices. Overall, a decent stay with a few issues to consider.
The hotel should be avoided as it does not live up to expectations. The no-smoking rooms were in need of renovation, very noisy, and cleaning was left to us as guests. The service was unaccommodating and ignorant, except for some cooperative moments. The location, near Haram in a clock tower building, had safety issues with slippery slopes. The dining was inconsistent, with good options occasionally. The facilities were below par with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and perfect, providing a comfortable experience. However, they were too small, especially the bathroom, and not as clean as expected, including the towels. Plus, being connected with another room where babies were crying 24/7 was quite disruptive.
The hotel is conveniently located near Al-Haram with close proximity to the Holy Masjid Al Haram. The rooms were decent but fell short of five-star standards compared to other facilities in the complex. The service provided by Imran and the Pakistani housekeeping staff was friendly and professional. However, certain aspects like parking and attention to detail need improvement. The dining experience was satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, the high price of $500 per day may not fully align with the value offered.
I felt like I was right on the streets with the sharing doors in the room, although the partial Haram view was not as expected. We upgraded to a bigger room with a separate sitting and sleeping area, perfect for 3 adults. The service was a mix of slow at the front desk but very courteous and helpful. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Al Haram, but a bit tricky to find initially next to the tower building. The dining experience was marvelous with tasteful options, especially the authentic Italian pizza.
The hotel has a great location being very close to Masjid Haram and within the mall, offering a wide variety of dining and shopping options. The rooms, though with some noise issues and limited views of Haram, are comfortable but could use improvements. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, making guests feel at home. The dining experience is enjoyable with delicious options, in a convenient setting. Overall good value for money with a fantastic location and amenities.
The hotel's location is fantastic, directly in front of AbdulAziz gate of the Grand Mosque with convenient shopping and dining options. The rooms are wonderful, clean, and perfect, but the price could be more reasonable. The service is top-notch, with a really courteous attitude from the staff throughout my stay.
The hotel, though 5-star rated, had rooms that were a bit congested, with thin walls making it easy to hear neighbors. The service, especially the hospitability measures, left a warm impression. The location was superb, directly near the Prophet's mosque and key hubs, despite being pricey. The dining experience was fantastic but could have been improved.
The hotel's location is prime, directly in front of AbdulAziz gate of Grand Mosque with good shopping and eating facilities nearby. The rooms, although far from the elevator, were spacious with a separate sitting and sleeping area; however, accommodating a guest with special needs made the distance a bit inconvenient for me. The service, especially from Imran in the M2 Hajar restaurant, was very hospitable and polite, with minor issues like a faulty toilet tissue holder since check-in. The dining experience, while clean and comfortable, lacked variety and could be improved to match other five-star hotels. The hotel provides a convenient stay close to Al Haram but may have some downsides in the dining area.
